Intelligent Assist Device for Assembly

Problem:  To pick up a compressor motor from a point, rotate it 90 degrees in the vertical and place it on an in-process machine for final assembly.

Solution:  A custom end of arm tool, designed and built in house, in conjunction with a Cobotics iLift (not shown).  The iLift provides operator ease of motion, while the end effector rotates the part.
